Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders placed before 12:00 Central European Time (CET/CEST) on a business day are typically processed the same day, however this cannot be guaranteed during peak periods.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be longer. If a significant delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to selected countries within the European Union.

We do not ship outside the European Union at this time.

Available shipping destinations, shipping methods, and shipping rates are displayed during checkout before order completion.

If shipping is unavailable for your location, this will be indicated during checkout.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on orders of €300.00 or more delivered within Germany.

Orders shipped to other European Union countries are currently sent via DHL Paket International and are not eligible for free shipping.

Eligibility for free shipping and available shipping methods will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free shipping offers at any time.

Sustainable Shipping

We ship domestic orders within Germany using DHL GoGreen Plus. Through this service, DHL supports the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions within its logistics network by using lower-emission transport and logistics technologies.

While we strive to make our shipping operations more sustainable, delivery times, carrier services, and available options remain subject to operational requirements.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are intended as guidelines only.

Germany (DHL Paket): 2–4 business days

European Union — Zone 1 (DHL Paket International): 3–5 business days
(Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland)

European Union — Zone 2 & Nordics (DHL Paket International): 4–6 business days
(Bulgaria, Croatia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Cyprus, Estonia)

Delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on carrier performance, weather conditions, public holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery delays do not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Orders within Germany are shipped using DHL Paket.

Orders to other European Union countries are currently shipped using DHL Paket International.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Tracking updates are provided by DHL and may take some time to appear after dispatch.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

We are not liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address information provided at checkout.
